A little about me …..
I started my love of dance at Jennie Smith’s School of Dance in Bolton, following in my sister’s footprints from the age of 2. After my A Levels, I went to train at The Marianne Jepson College of Dance Training in Oldham where I took a 3 year teacher training and performer’s course attaining my teachers qualifications in ISTD Classical Ballet, Modern Theatre, Tap and National Dance.
Alison and I joined forces in 1984 and built the dance school up from just a few classes. Over the years, Bolton School of Dance has gone from strength to strength. We have grown mainly through reputation and pride ourselves on having a strong sense of family due to our small beginnings and the close relationships we have with our students and their parents.
